You are hiring a person. We deliver the result: P6 schedules, independent estimates and cost controls per assignment, at a fixed fee, while you hire and during your peaks. Try us on one assignment: a P6 baseline or an estimate, fixed fee, delivery date in writing. If it is not what you need, you owe us nothing more than that one fee.

What we deliver
P6 baseline schedule
Cost- and resource-loaded, with logic, submittals and critical path, built from your documents and your WBS. You receive the .xer file, Gantt set and schedule narrative.
Monthly schedule update
Progress, variances, time-impact analysis of changes and the report your owner expects, on your reporting cycle. You receive the updated .xer, variance report and narrative.
Independent estimate
Quantities measured sheet by sheet and priced to the Puerto Rico or mainland market, with a written basis for every number. You receive the line-item estimate, quantity backup and basis of estimate.
Cost controls and cost to complete
Estimate at completion, cash flow, change analysis and reconciliation, documented for lender and FEMA files. You receive the EAC and cash-flow package in your format (Excel, P6, MS Project).
